We make it easy for you to pay your Keyclicks invoice by offering you a number of options, all of which are described on this page:

Using a Debit/Credit Card over the Telephone

We accept most major credit and debit cards as payment for our services (not American Express though). To pay using your card please call us on
01924 400 530 during office hours with your card details and the invoice reference to which your payment applies.

Please note: a surcharge of 1.5% applies to payments made using either a debit or credit card.

Online Using a Credit/Debit Card

Payment for our services may be made though our own online and secure payment gateway which utilises 128 Bit encryption technology and site validation certificates.

Follow this link to use our online payment gateway to settle your invoice using your credit/debit card.

Please note: a surcharge of 1.5% applies to payments made online using either a debit or credit card. An access Username and Password are required to enter the gateway. This is available from Keyclicks accounts.

By UK Cheque

UK cheques in Sterling are accepted. Please make your cheque payable to Keyclicks UK Ltd and send it to:

Keyclicks UK Ltd, Unit 6F Ponderosa Business Park,
Smithies Lane, HECKMONDWIKE,  West Yorkshire, WF16 0PR, UK.

On the back of your cheque please write any applicable invoice numbers etc.

Please note: If your payment is time-sensitive, please allow at least 3 working days for delivery and take into account any potential postal delays.

By BACS or Internet Transfer

If your bank offers the feature, you may now pay us quickly through the BACS system or as an Internet transfer if you bank online.

To make a payment this way (which is our preferred method to be honest) please refer to the bottom left hand corner of your invoice for our bank account details or email us at accounts@keyclicks.co.uk - these are not presented on this web page for security reasons.
